Description

Available here is a (10)-LP set of vintage London ffrr classical LPs, featuring such top classical conductors and personalities as Wilhelm Backhaus, Peter Maag, Herbert von Karajan, Josef Krips, and more. These LPs are part of London ffrr's Treasury Series.  
One of the LPs is FACTORY-SEALED.
Included in this set:

  • Beethoven: Symphony No. 9 in D Minor, Op. 125 (Choral)", 1977 (STS 15089). Ansermet conducts. FACTORY-SEALED. Notch cut at top right.
  • Mendelssohn: "A Midsummer Night's Dream", 1969 (STS 15084). Maag conducts.
  • Strauss: "Also Sprach Zarathustra", 1968 (STS 15083). Von Karajan conducts.
  • Dvorak: "Symphony No. 9 in E Minor, Op. 95 ("New World)", 1971 (STS 15101). Kertesz conducts.
  • "Piano Music Of Haydn", 1970 (STS 15041). Wilhelm Backhaus, piano.
  • Brahms: "Variations On a Theme of Haydn, Op. 56A", 1971 (STS 15027). Knappertsbusch conducts
  • "Classical Indian Music", 1971, (STS 15094). Introduced by Yehudi Menuhin.
  • Brahms: "Piano Music", 1969 (STS 15047). Wilhelm Backhaus, piano.
  • Tchaikovsky: "Symphony No. 6 (Pathetique)", 1966 (STS 15018). Martinon conducts.
  • Mozart: "Symphony No. 41 ("Jupiter") / "Symphony No. 35 ("Haffner"), 1977 (STS 15058). Krips conducts.
All LPs are in EXC condition (one is factory-sealed); only a handful of visible markings of any type across the 20 sides. Extremely glossy. The covers are all VG+; no seam splits or notable issues. All LPs are housed in paper liners with plastic center. All labels are clean and complete.
