This auction is for a set of 56 original ‘Studio Use Only’ episodes of The Lost Lennon Tapes from Westwood One.
Each cardboard sleeve is a complete 2 record episode. Most but not all of the albums have the program info such as playing time, track times, etc.
Where the title is marked "unknown" it is because there is no title shown on the broadcast / DJ info sheet, with the Exception of 10/10/88 which has no sheet.

Also included in this lot is a 2 record set from called "Lennon." The sleeve is marked ‘Save for J.D.’ The show episode is “Lennon: His Last Interview, His Greatest Music.” Inside this album is a letter which explains that it is "To be aired in accordance with your program agreement between December 2-8, 1988. The letter gives thorough content and time cues for the station manager / DJ.
These records look to be in great condition. They appear to have never been played except in the studio. Some LPs have a little dust. Goodwill does not and cannot play and/or test these records. They are still in their original plastic wrap over cardboard sleeves. Some cardboard sleeves have spine damage, please see the photos for examples of this. Some of the cellophane wraps are torn or missing. The sleeves/ wrappers show signs of radio studio use, with coffee and mug stain/marks, small ink marks, dirtiness, etc. Please look over the photos with great care as they are the most important part of the description.
These records are a rare treasure for any John Lennon and Beatles fan. There are many great memories on these LPs that bring us back in time.
