Original US LP on SMH Records. 
Vinyl is VG+, visually the vinyl looks pretty clean and shiny with no obvious scratches or heavy marks, just the slightest sleeve removal marks. There is some light noise though due to the pressing, which isn't the best. I have another NM copy in shrink and it has the same issue. The noise is very light though and doesn't interfere or overcome the audio, which is still loud and clear. 
Sleeve is VG+. Light overall wear. Back cover has two autographs by Lou Ragland himself. Overall, a great copy of this fantastic and rare modern soul classic.
