This Lou Reed promo single on Arista Records is unplayed. I am the original owner. "PROMOTIONAL COPY" on white Arista label. Sticker on white jacket: "The single specially edited for airplay from the LP Street Hassle. From Wikipedia: [Street Hassle is the first commercially released pop album to employ binaural recording technology, combining live concert tapes (with overdubs) and studio recordings.
