This auction is for the Lou Reed "Transformer" LP 1972 RCA Victor Label #LSP-4807. US 1st edition Dynaflex pressing:

  • Matrix / Runout (Run-out side A): BPRS-7038 5S
  • Matrix / Runout (Run-out side B): BPRS-7039 6S
  
The album is in excellent+ condition with hardly any noise. There's one long superficial/paper mark on side 2 which doesn't affect play at all. Other than that there's not a mark on it. Beautiful...Nice clean copy.
The gatefold album cover is very good+ condition with nice gloss and light shelf/ring wear. No tears, splits or writing. Comes with the original dynaflex inner sleeve.
It's been play tested and sounds great.
**This album is part of the estate of an audiophile collection of approx. 100 near mint to excellent condition classic rock albums I acquired this recently. Mr. Adams kept almost every insert, poster and original inner sleeve. The records are immaculate with just a few light paper marks and that's it. I've never seen a collection with this much NM-EX+ vinyl. Mr. Adams was proud of his albums and unfortunately wrote his name on almost every one (mostly small letters on the back). I'll be listing these on this site and under our other user name redrobin1009. Collection includes Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, The Who, David Bowie, Dylan, The Band, ELO, Tull, Fleetwood Mac and many, many more.
