You are bidding on a SUPER RARE 1st pressing promo sent to radio stations to promote the David Bowie produced Lou Reed album titled "Transformer". RCA Victor – LSP-4807. Released on Nov 8, 1972 (50 years ago today). Large stamped white label in upper left-hand corner for DJ's with track listings and the warning "Please audition before radio airplay" + "Promotional album - not for sale". VINYL is NEAR MINT - Cover is VG+ to NEAR MINT. A superb piece of Lou Reed history. From the BRAD BELL collection (Brad was a Cleveland based promo guy in the 1970's).
