This is one of Louie Ramirez's best albums! The record itself is an great condition! The Record label is in PERFECT condition.!

What I mean by GREAT CONDITION is that typically all records have wear on them from usage- This one has very, very little on it. For being such a old vinyl, it’s in pristine condition. The album cover is the only one that shows a bit of wear, due to its age- but the record itself is practically new!

The Album cover no longer has its original shrink-wrap, but in good condition for its age!

I seriously doubt you will find such rare LP in such great condition for the amount being auctioned off.
