Description


Offered is a 3-Disc 12" Album Set, RCA HJ-14 featuring Louis

Armstrong & Jack Teagarden with their All Stars.

They play six great classic Jazz tunes, Rockin' Chair, Save It Pretty

Mama, Ain't Misbehavin', Pennies From Heaven, Back O' Town Blues,

and St. James Infirmary.


The three 78rpm records (RCA 40-4004 thru 40-4006) all range from E

to E+ condition. The 12" album is in excellent condition with some

light scuffing on the edges and some light writing and staining on the

inside cover.


The Band consists of Louis, Jack, Bobby Hackett, Peanuts Hucko,

Bobby Haggert, Dick Cary, and Sid Catlett.


Recording was from a jam-packed live concert at Town Hall, New York

City on April 24, 1947. The occasion was one of famous disc jockey

Fred Robbins' One-Night Stand events, presented by Ernest

Anderson.
