Firstly, unfortunately, there appears to be a small jump toward the end of the track "Signed D'.C." on Side 2. Otherwise, playback is very reasonable. This is a UK Mono 1st pressing LP. It has a heavyweight matt sleeve. The sleeve is printed in the USA. Only the very earliest UK pressings came with a U.S. pressed sleeve. It comes with its original generic polythene lined company plain paper inner sleeve. The record is manufactured in the UK. It is pressed on thick vinyl & has smooth Gold & Black "Elektra" labels. The record has 1st press A-1/ B-1 matrix stampers. Only the 1st UK pressing came with gold Elektra labels. The Elektra label design changed to the more familiar orange design by early 1967. Therefore, UK pressings with this label design are extremely rare. All gold label UK pressings come with a U.S. pressed sleeve. A classic mid 1960's Garage/ Psych LP.


Sleeve: There is moderate to considerable rubbing wear on the bottom edge.  There is light, mild or very mild rubbing wear on the top edge on some areas. There is mild,very mild or more moderate rubbing wear on the spine on some areas. Some of the spine text is legible. Some of it is rubbed away. There is moderate to considerable rubbing wear to the corner tips. There is light, mild or more moderate rubbing wear on the sleeve opening on some areas. This is not that noticeable overall. There is light, mild or very mild ringwear on some areas. There are no seam splits. Overall, Very Good minus condition

Vinyl: As stated, there is a small jump toward the end of the track "Signed D.C.". I have examined the disc carefully under a strong light, and can't see anything to specifically to cause this. So it is possible that in might not jump on a different system. However, it does on mine. So please bear this in mind when bidding. There are no other jumps or stick. In fact, playback is quite reasonable.

Otherwise, there are some mild, very mild or more moderate sleeve rubs, or surface rub marks, which can be seen under a strong light. There are about 7 light or very mild surface hairline marks. There are a couple of moderate finger-tip sized surface rub marks, or surface scuff marks. Visually, the vinyl looks in Good+ condition. Because of the small jump, overall, Fair condition. The labels are in Very Good++ condition & show mild or very mild spindle wear. The company inner sleeve is in Good condition. There is some mild, very mild or more moderate ringwear, fading, rippling & creasing. There is some small writing on one side. There is a small tear at the die-cut area on one side. There are no seam splits.

Apart from the aforementioned very small jump on one track on Side 2, This LP plays Very Good to Very Good+ overall. There is some light, mild or very mild crackle in the background to a varying degree. This is only really noticeable in the quieter places. It never overpowers the music. The music still shines through.
