Description
Original UK Harvest label stereo press double LP, with no EMI box on the label and 'The Gramophone Co' label text, with the earliest A-1 B-2 matrices.The front laminated E. J. Day Group gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some laminate storage/corner wear & a couple of small creases on the outer cover and some light rubbing on the inner cover. The spine is intact, but compressed and fully readable & the plain inners are intact & in EX condition. The records are in visually EX condition, with a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines & scuffs visible on sides 1 & 2 and a few more sleeve removal hairlines and one or two light needle marks visible on sides 3 & 4 under bright light. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of one or two light spindle markings on each side. The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves and in a couple of the quieter passages, overall still a really great, loud & punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; SHDW-3, A-1 mother stamper 1-P, B-2 mother stamper 1-M, SHDW-4, A-1 mother stamper 1-L, B-2 mother stamper 1-L. This is one of the very early pressings of the original 1970 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund on return of the record, no problems! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!
UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's up to 2KG!
