A little background first .....
I have been reluctant for a long time to sell this album but I believe the time is now right. I have been a great fan of Love since 1966 when I bought the first album and the 45 'My Little Red Book'. I bought all the other 60's albums as they came out.
I bought the album on offer here - 'Four Sail' - in a London record shop in 1969. Incidentally, I saw Love for the first time at Imperial College, London the following year. Brilliant!
I only saw saw Arthur Lee one more time when he came to York in 2004. This was a small gig and I was able to stand right in front of the great man and just a few feet away. Arthur kindly signed this album after the gig together with a lavish programme (SEE MY NEXT ITEM FOR THIS AND ASSOCIATED ITEMS!). He also signed my 'Love Story' Box Set but I'm unlikely to ever sell that!
I am aware that copies of the 'Four Sail' album are hard to come by in their own right so finding a a signed copy must be rare indeed. I will be delighted if this item goes to a new home (but, to be honest, I will not be disappointed if it remains with me!)
CONDITION
As stated, this album is from my personal collection and, as with all my self-bought vinyl, it has been very well looked after. The vinyl is in excellent condition with little signs of use. I haven't played it for at least 40 years! The cover is in very good condition but has a small area of surface lift where, presumably, the price sticker once was.

No-one seems to know when this will actually happen so I don't know whether this item, if it sells, will be affected - hopefully it won't. At least I've mentioned the possibility!
I hope you will understand that the seller has absolutely no control over these planned additional charges and does not benefit financially from it in any way - so please don't blame us!
