Up for auction is this overall mint minus red wax 45rpm reproduction record of "Love" b/w "Bread" by the Fortunes on silver-on-maroon label Parrot Records. # 804.*  A mystery record on a classic label. No reserve. Low starting bid.  Sold as is, all sales final, with no return, but please contact us with any questions or concerns.  Shipping by media mail is $4. for any size media order, will hold records or other items at your request and we do ship to P.O. Boxes. Al Benson leased another 10, for a total of 295 sides. We know of 40 singles released on the main Parrot series, for a total of 80 sides. Since these Parrots followed a numerical sequence from 780 through 823, the following omissions are significant: 801, 803, 804, and 805. (Bootlegs numbered 801, 803, and 804 have appeared, but original releases have not been reported.) The missing items may, of course, have been planned but aborted for one reason or another.
