Description
THIS MOTRAL COIL : Blood.
ORIGINAL ISSUE UK STEREO double vinyl album. From 1991 on 4AD Records DAD 1005 . Matrix # A1/B1/C1/D1.
This Mortal Coil was a 4AD "supergroup" of sorts that recorded three albums.
The only official members of the project were 4AD label head Ivo Watts-Russell and well-known producer John Fryer, but many other vocalists and musicians from 4AD (and non-4AD) groups such as Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins, Dif Juz, Colourbox, Wolfgang Press, Cindytalk, Breathless and more were involved at various points.
I have all 3 THIS MORTAIL COIL original LPs on offer. All are UK first pressings & in beautiful condition. Sleeves in plastic from day 1, vinyl played once & then housed in poly-lined inners.
Grading: I try to grade conservatively and I don't grade anything as mint unless it's sealed. All faults will be described.
Cover: EX+. Please see pictures. Hard to fault. Small crease on rear top left.
Inners: EX+. No splits or creases. One 1mm tear on opening edge for sides 3/4. The vinyls are stored in separate paper sleeves.
Records: EX+. Beautiful condition. Would possibly benefit from a clean but I'll leave that to the new owner.
