From 1960, Jimmy’s Happy/Jimmy’s Blue (Ace DLP-100) by Jimmy Clanton. This is a 2-record set pressed on red and blue vinyl and comes in a gatefold cover. Still attached inside the gatefold is the 17 1/2” x 23 1/2” full-color poster. Also included is an 8 1/2” x 11” letter from Jimmy thanking his fans and explaining how to get the poster autographed and how to receive another ‘special’ record; that turned out to be a 45 w/PS (Ace 51860 - “The Slave”) also autographed by Jimmy.
This issue combines two single albums previously released by Clanton: Jimmy’s Happy (DLP-1007) and Jimmy’s Blue (DLP-1008).

The discs both grade NM with excellent labels. The cover has light overall wear with lightly dinged corners. The seams are fully intact. One tiny set of initials in a corner inside the gatefold. No other writing and no stickers. The still-fully-attached poster is in excellent condition except for some minor wear consistent with being stored folded inside a gatefold cover for over 45 years. The letter from Jimmy is in perfect condition.
