Original pressing on Blue Note 1522 mono. Deep Groove, flat edge, 767 Lexington Avenue address. "RVG" and ""9M" handwritten on both sides and "EAR" in dead wax.

Condition (sleeve/disc): GOOD w quite a bit of general wear, edge and corner wear with slight damage from damp/GOOD with loads of scratching including a few deeper ones, plays through, but with surface noise, a few marks in the vinyl that don't make the needle jump.
