Lp & press package to promote the PBS TV showing of JOHN CLEESE in Shakespeare's MERCHANT of VENICE
VINYL: VG+ PLAY GRADED /some pops here and there, particularly right at the beginning of both sides. COVER: VG+
included in press folder 1 Lp four 8 by 10 photos over 20 pages of press / reviews etc about Cleese & the play.
The Lp was produced with PBS corporate funders to be sent to schools for education purposes & to promote PBS & the shows.
The Lp is in 4 sections, the 3 plays, Taming of the Shrew, Merchant of Venice, Anthony & Cleopatra & an interview with the producer/director Jonathan Miller. It includes interviews of the actors & portions of scenes. I timed the amount of time Cleese is either being interviewed or is acting in a scene (on the Lp) and it roughly comes to a bit over 7 minutes.

NM (Near Mint): Record plays perfect or darn close sleeve appears new in shrink.
VG++ : Looks and/or plays just short of NM
VG+ : Used but not abused. Will have some audible imperfections.
VG : Many only surface lines or may have a small scratch that doesn't skip.Background sound
but still enjoyable. Cover defects will be noted.
VG-: significant background sound from various defects but music always quite audible above it.
Cover has some damage that will be noted.
