  • "Careless Love Blues" b/w "You're Going to Leave the Old Home, Jim" by Lulu Jackson, an African American singer from Indianapolis, Indiana, who made this record there on June 21, 1928. Jackson's performance is spare, plain, and quite beautiful. Songs are performed as a white performer might have sung them, with simple chordal accompaniment on guitar.  Condition is a strong V to V+. Light surface noise well below the music. No distortion, cracks, chips, or lams.
