You are bidding on an original Lynyrd Skynyrd MCA-3029 Street Survivors 1977 LP 1st State Gloversville NY Pres. This is the original "flames" cover that was later pulled. I know it is the Gloversville NY pressing because the mark of that presser, a "G" in between two boxes, is present in the runout matrix (see closeup picture of the mark in the runout. Runout Matrix #'s are as follows: Side 1: MCA 1366 CR-7 F7, Side 2: MCA-1367 CR-5 F5, all etched. In addition the words "MASTERED BY CAPITOL" are stamped into both sides of the runout matrix. As you can see from the pictures, though the album is complete, with both inserts (merchandise order form and credits/toru dates) there is a condition issue; so minor water staining, most noticeable in the lower right corner of the cover (far lower left corner of the gatefold). Some of the water damage extends to the inserts, but, as the pictures show, it is barely noticeable there. However, the record itself is a real gem; looks new, and when play-tested on a standard modern Victrola turntable, it sounded as good as it looked, so much so that it may have been the very first time the record had ever been played! But please review all detailed photos to confirm condition for yourself prior to bidding, as I have done my very best to capture condition in these pictures. Will ship inside cardboard, bubble-wrapped and boxed to preserve the integrity of this classic lp! Thanks so much for taking the time to check out my listing!
