Description
Up for sale is a Lynyrd Skynyrd original album STREET SURVIVORS. It was produced in 1977 and is the original album that was put out with the Flames on it. Shortly after the album came out several members of the band died in a plane crash.
Lynyrd Skynyrd lead vocalist and founding member Ronnie Van Zant, guitarist and vocalist Steve Gaines, backing vocalist Cassie Gaines (Steve's older sister), assistant road manager Dean Kilpatrick, Captain Walter McCreary and First Officer William John Gray all died as a result of the crash, while twenty others survived.....
The band stopped everything for quite a while. Until Johnny Van Zànt , Ronnie's brother, joined the band and started touring again.
This original album is signed by Johnny Van Zant on October 16th 1991 in Amarillo TX. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
