Rare now exact Polydor 2ndpress from (now) 3 decades ago -- this one came straight from the Golden Earrings fan club and has the authentic signatures in blue pen by singer Barry Hay and guitarist George Kooymans ... the album has been safely tucked away by original owner for the past 30 years ...

The famed band formed in 1964 and went through all the stages from beatrock to underground psych to classic rock ... Initially they were known as 'The Golden Earrings', after this album in 1968, Miracle Mirror, they changed the name to 'Golden Earring' ...
1968's MIRACLE MIRROR took on a psychedelic poprock influence to create an album that stands alongside song-based classics like Odyssey And Oracle, Ogden’s Nutgone Flake and The Hollies’ Butterfly. Moving into the heavier, harder rock territory that would bring them big fame in the 70s! The whole thing's a lot more tripped-out than before -- less poprock & lyrical modes of the group's earliest hits -- and instead, a lot more moody numbers that really brood nicely on heavy basslines, fuzzy guitar, and some arch vocals sung in English (as always) throughout, despite the Dutch origins of the band. Why this one didn't rock the UK and US scenes bigger at the time is a mystery -- but the record's ripe for rediscovery now, and filled with great cuts!
