We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. - The CHURCHILLS are universal legends having sold their only late 60's album for up to $6000 and maybe more, and less, yet remains impossible to find as the reason why ... by 1970 the CHURCHILLS, guitar weapons and all decided to relocate to the exploding hard rock London scene, issuing two extremely collectible (now very expensive) albums, but not before changing their band name to "Jericho Jones" and then "Jericho" ... how this band never made the big-time is beyond us, but somehow slipped through the cracks. yet read on:
- The world-class "Churchill's" from late 60's Israel decided to relocate to England and change their name to "Jericho Jones." By 1971, the band had not only moved to a new country, but also moved their sound forward into the 70s with "Junkies Monkies & Donkies"
Overall, "Junkies Monkies & Donkies" is a crafty solid hard rock album yet with psychedelic undertones -- a fine transitional album that leads to their 3rd album, the hard rock masterpiece - "Jericho" outstanding, released a year later in 1972.
- Absolutely both "Jericho Jones" & "Jericho" are essential hand-in-hand double killer guitar & pumping organ fueled with great songs and great vocals throughout both sides.
Surprising how they could be mistaken for a British band - vocals and all! That said, "Junkies Monkies & Donkies is pretty damn good and highly sought for good reason. Full of driving, moderately heavy songs with guitars all over the place!!- In some ways it's their most "safe" -- accessible to anyone into early 70's hard guitar rock, meaning there's plenty of meat on the bone here to enjoy to the point where one may wonder where this gem has been hiding and why they never made it huge. They did get signed to A&M Records, so someone noted their potential.
