Rare West Coast Psych Gem ~ 1967 first pressing VINYL M-

Original 1967 first pressing VINYL featuring a pretty cool West Coast garage/psych band similar in style to Buffalo Springfield. The album is filled withself penned original tunes in varied styles that range from melodic rural edges, catchy sixties rock blends and psych nuggets that will most definitely be of interest to fans. All in all the album is "pretty good stuff" which makes for a hard to find sought collectible when figuring the label only issued it as a 'one run' production. The 5 piece band feature 3 guitarists, bass/vocs & drums, so the song structures are layered and include some eastern edges with use of tamboura, bouzouki, autoharp, organ, etc and other odd ethnic instruments. The album contains a genuine psych-nugget in "Blue Revelations" that stands up with anything elsewhere alike, and in the same vein as one of the better tracks on HMS Bounty's "Things" Lp, with cool infectious sound and fuzzed leads. Another interesting track is the 4-part "Memorial To The American Indian". Their local L.A. 'hit' is here, "I Feel Good (I Feel Bad) ... all in all a solid record on par with say, the first Buffalo Springfield album plus a psych edge.
