Here is a MEGA RARE PROMO album from my collection offered up for auction: The classic Lp album "L.A. Woman" by the Doors, cover has minimal handling, vinyl looks minimally played! Has cool original PROMO hype sticker "Includes the hit single "Love her Madly" on the front cover! Has the original Crucifix banned inner sleeve! This is the LAST studio album featuring Jim Morrison. Hard to find DJ PROMO album with great classic songs: Love her madly, The Changeling, Riders on the storm, Texas Radio and the big Beat, LA Woman and MORE!!! Released in 1971 on Elektra Records EKS-75007 Stereo, this is an early promotional pressing with the custom white labels, deadwax reads Side 1: EKS-75011-A and CP and west coast Artisan Mastering stamp and Side 2 reads: EKS-75011-B -2 and West Coast Artisan Mastering stamp. The record grades near mint, is beautiful, clean and glossy, is in well cared for condition and looks minimally played! Plays great from start to finish with excellent sound quality, clear sound, minimal surface noise, a VERY enjoyable listen! The Elektra DJ labels are in EX shape, no signatures, minimal wear! The heavy di-cut paper cover rates EX, close to NEAR MINT, has great deep color, is clean, no stains, no signatures, no tape, has very light edge wear but all edges solid, binder edge is EX and readable, one has corner bump (unnoticeable) and cut out, clean see thru window on front cover! The printed inner sleeve is in EX condition clean and bright, has partial splits on all sides but is 100% intact, minimal wear! Maybe the nicest original LA WOMAN promo record you will find!
