M Efekt is a Czech progressive rock band, also operating under the names Blue Effect, Modrý efekt or The Special Blue Effect since their formation in 1968. The line up included Radim Hladík, formerly of The Matadors. They changed several times their style from rhythm and blues, across jazz fusion to art rock.

33 is the ninth and last studio album of the Czech rock band Blue Effect, which was released under the poetic and short name M. Efekt. It was published in 1981 in the Supraphon. Before the release of the album, the group broke down in the summer of 1981, restored in the spring of 1982 in a completely different composition.
