M & K Realtime Super Sampler, 11 tracks from 11 albums including Fatha, Hot Stix, and Flamenco Fever.

For Australian buyers, M & K Realtime is a highly respected USA pressing. usually highly regarded in Audiophile circles

I have listened to all of this  out of personal interest, there is no damage related pops or tics, and certainly the quality of reproduction will be pleasing to the new owner of this LP. 

Both cover and LP are Excellent ++++++
There are no seam splits or any cover damage .
Lp has NO spindle rotational marks on label. Nothing on vinyl other than a few light scuff marks only visible in strong sunlight.

Opportunities to get such rare M & K Realtime  issues, especially in Australia, and in this, great  condition,  at such a low starting price are certainly Rare Indeed. I have only ever seen  two M & K in the THOUSANDS of records I have seen.

COVER- , Excellent+++++ NO shelf wear on bottom edge,  there is no ring wear, just ONE small crease in rear at bottom of spline, opening edge still clean  no feathering

LP-  also Excellent +++++ There is nothing visible in strong sunlight other than a few light paper scuffs from withdrawal from sleeve. Again I mention full test play revealed no damage related playback issues
