We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
TO OUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS: We are happy to hold orders to save on shipping. Please pay your current invoice within five days of auctions ending and, if you request, we will hold your order and reflect a shipping discount for each additional order shipped together in the same parcel.

ULTRA RARE =ORIGINAL= 70's first pressing...most collectors don't know the legendary LEAF HOUND album was released in the 70's on the tiny "Discwasher" label and had virtually NO distribution, sinking out of sight without a trace...
Again, this is NOT a reissue, but the ORIGINAL USA 70's first pressing...makes for a great conversation piece, a pressing even most hard core collectors never heard of!
Outrageous hard psych rock band with a deadly sound...like Killing Floor born from the British blues boom, these cats were sinister...and their album is wicked good....
We don't know a heck of a lot about Leaf Hound, except that they were around in the late 60's to early 70's, their ONLY album is highly sought after by record collector/hipster types, and members of the group went on to join Free, Atomic Rooster, and, er... um... Foghat. They play some really kick-ass, bluesy, psychedelic hard rock, which we get totally down with ...
Leaf Hound was formed from the ashes of Black Cat Bones who added Keith Young on drums and continued on under a new name in 1971. Other members included vocalist Peter French, guitarist Mick Halls, and the Brooks brothers Derek and Stu on guitar and bass respectively. The band's only album contained an acid guitar based psychedelic sludgefest of blues based rock. The band sounded like a raw combination of Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. Tracks which stand out include "Drowned My Life In Fear", "Stray" and "Sawdust Caeser". However, the entire LP is great, no weak moments. Pete French's vocals fit the mood of the set perfectly.

CONDITION: The cover is a RARE TOP COPY at M- the dark cover most certainly is prone to (severe) cover wear, this copy escaped and is a doubtless collection keeper, one that will continue to rise in value as the years go on, given its rarity. No seam splits, no writing, strong original colors... TOPS!
The vinyl is glossy on both sides near M- play graded outstanding smooth, clear and overall very enjoyable. Both 'Discwasher' labels are very clean....
