Here is a well preserved Beatles album from my collection up for sale: The classic motion picture soundtrack "Let It Be" album released in 1970, this is a first pressing on the Beatles' Apple Records AR-30001 (Stereo) Red Apple labels with the authenticating "Phil and Ronnie" in the deadwax. These first Apple pressings were distributed by United Artists and this gatefold jacket has a unique die cut upper corner which might have indicated an early promotional pressing like the big hole in the corner seen on some of the promo pressings on Capitol records. The snipped corner definately looks like it was done with a machine at the factory. The snipped corner does not obscure or detract from any of the photos on the inside or outside of the gatefold cover. The vinyl is absolutely breathtaking! looks unplayed, looks like you just came back from the record store in 1970! Fantastic preservation! Aside from the strangely snipped corner, the gatefold jacket is super clean and has been well cared for inside and out!
The vinyl rates NEAR MINT, is absolutely stunning! super glossy and clean, pristine looking, could pass for unplayed! PLAY TESTED and plays from start to finish with excellent audio quality!
The gatefold cover rates easy EX, is clean and bright with great color, all seams and corners excellent, no splits, no tape, binder edge is EX and readable, no bent corners or creases! no signatures or writing, no stains, a real beauty! hard to believe it is 54 years old!! (see all photos)
Will be shipped in a plastic outer sleeve inside a secure record mailing box with tracking number. Vinyl will be shipped in paper sleeve outside cover to prevent cover splits. Check my eBay store "Groove Vibrations Vintage Records" for more Beatles records and other vintage gems!
