Like some sort of high fantasy adventure like depicted on the cover.  The mix of synths, live instruments and rich melodic textures is unlike any other thing I can think of.  The deep and wide ambience of tracks like Colonies, Mirage, and the first half of temple of sorrow is awesome.  Every track here has it’s own personal flair and individuality within the world this album creates.  If the covers of 1980s fantasy and sci-fi books had a soundtrack, it would be this. I highly recommend this one and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves
Absolutely magical album. Feels like you're being taken on a fantastic, whimsical adventure.  Pays homage to the classic synth greats showing hints of Tangerine Dream and Vangelis or Brian Eno, which hits me particularly in all the right places
