When most fans think of Mac Miller, the first thing that comes to mind is his seminal work Best Day Ever, its recognizable artwork, or its most popular track (and Mac's breakout single, with 100 million youtube views): “Donald Trump.” Remastered and featuring deluxe packaging, Best Day Ever is receiving a commercial release on vinyl for the very first time. Gatefold double LP with matte and gold foil packaging, download card, and silkscreen D-side.
Mac Miller’s Best Day Ever served as a successful follow-up to his breakthrough mixtape K.I.D.S. (Kickin’ Incredibly Dope Shit). The 16 track project featured some notable guest appearances by Wiz Khalifa and Phonte of Little Brother/The Foreign Exchange. And while Miller has become known for his own production skill these days, Best Day Ever featured none of his own production. Producers involved in the project included Just Blaze, Chuck Inglish, Khrysis, Beanz N Kornbread, Blue of The Sore Losers and I.D. Labs. The mixtape might be best remembered for its lead single “Donald Trump.” The song was Mac Miller’s first charting single of his career and would be certified platinum by the RIAA.
