MAD RIVER Same (CAPITOL ST 2985/ 1968/ UK) very rare UK original & promo, with promo insert. Flip-back cover laminated on front. One of the best US psych LPs. Promo sticker on label, see photo. The promo insert is creased at bottom & a bit off-white at bottom right corner, see photo. The dark cover looks great and has no splits or tears. Only a few small edge creases and a bit of corner wear. The visual grade for the record is VG++, has hairline type marks & a couple of inaudible scratches. But audibly most of the time plays EX & better, light noise only in a couple of tracks never overwhelms the music. Labels are clean and on side 2 there is a factory promo sticker. STRICT GRADING! Cover & record very close to EX. CVR: VG++ / REC: VG++
LP GRADING SCALE: SEALED/ M-/ EX+/ EX/ VG++/ VG+/ VG/ G++/ G+/ G (VERY DETAILED AS YOU SEE!). All major defects will be noted! For not sealed records my highest grade is M-, even if it's new & unplayed! The pictures you see are from the item on sale, not stock photos.
