MAD "TWISTS" ROCK 'N' ROLL - Big Top 121305, original black label mono pressing, released in 1962. Vinyl is a nice and shiny VG+ with superficial scuffs and light scratches; plays fine with occasional background noise. Cover is VG+ with light ring, edge, and corner wear; no seam splits or writing. From the lunatics at Mad Magazine comes this crazy homage to rock 'n' roll, performed by Jeanne Hayes, Mike Russo, and the Dellwoods; no doubt Alfred E. Newman makes an appearance as well. Includes the shoulda-been-hits Throwing the High School Basketball Game, She Got A Nose Job, Please Betty Jane Shave Your Legs, Even If I Live To Be 22 I'll Always Remember Being Young, and others. You get the picture. This is a highly collectible rarity, and a really fun listen.
