MADELINE BELL
BELL'S A POPPIN'
1967 UK PHILIPS STEREO SBL.7818
This is a truly stunning condition original 1967 UK STEREO 1st issue of Madeline Bell.s superb and extremely rare 1967 Mod, Northern Soul album 'Bell's a Poppin'. Original UK STEREO copy's of this album are extremely rare and seldom surface for sale in such stunning MINT- condition as this copy is on offer here. This album has been barely played at all in 40 years and looks immaculate and both sides play and sound as new.
The vinyl gleams as new and looks MINT and the sleeve is also in brilliant clean condition. A beautiful condition original 1967 UK STEREO copy that will definitely not disappoint.

5. Mr Dream Merchant
6. Can't Get Used To Losing You
1. Soul Time
2. I'm Gonna Make You Love Me
3. I'm Gonna Leave You
4. Last One To Be Loved
5. I Didn't Wanna Have To Do It
6. Mercy Mercy Mercy
The original thick vinyl looks amazingly clean and glossy and visually grades an immaculate MINT- condition, there are no surface marks at all and both sides really do look brand new and play superbly well throughout. The sound quality is brilliantly clean and very clear and it really would be difficult to find this very rare 1967 STEREO vinyl in better condition than this, it's just about perfect.
Both black/silver STEREO Philips labels are in superb mint condition and look as clean and bright as the day they were printed, you really do have to look hard to find and noticeable spindle traces as this album has had just one or two very careful plays since 1967.
The single sleeve with three flip-backs is the earliest possible for this album and so the front and flip-backs are not laminated, both the front and back are in superb condition with just minimal ageing and wear, this sleeve still looks brilliant with no real defects to mention.
I played this album right through before listing it and both sides really do play and sound as new with no clicks or pops at all and the absolute minimal amount of light static/crackle which is actually almost none at all, this is just a brilliant ultra-clean very rare original 1967 stereo 1st pressing, a dream copy of Madeline Bell's brilliant Mod Soul debut album that will never need upgrading.
The photographs i have provided with this listing are of the actual item for sale.
Please heck out my other items!
