Description
DELIVERY TIME - IMPORTANT : We are regularly away from home on business for 10 days at a time which is why all our listings have estimated UK delivery times of between 5 and 14 days and longer outside the UK. White label test pressing for the rare withdrawn UK 12" edition of this single. Quite a few surface marks typical of a used test pressing but nothing serious. A side has the white label with hand written date and Stiff Records catalogue number. The B side has no label.
The commercially produced finalised version of this single was itself only pressed as a sample batch and never ultimately sold commercially as a late decision was made to release Grey Day on 7" and Cassette instead. UK Chart rules at the time precluded singles from being sold on more than two different formats. The sample batch that were produced were sold off directly to fans by Stiff Records, once the single was no longer in the charts. Consequently this 12" is a lot rarer than most of their other UK 12" releases and the item we are selling here is the test pressing for this rare release!
