Sleeve Included: Yes plain inner sleeves
Vinyl Grade: All sides are in beautiful VERY GOOD+ to NEAR MINT condition, nice clean glossy vinyl, and this is the first pressing 2008 with Blue Splatter, Pink Splatter and the 12" single vinyl is black
Jacket Grade: VERY GOOD+ some light edge and corner wear and a small edge crease but overall close to NEAR MINT
