MADONNA - SOY BREATHLESS  / Sire 80262 / 1990  / TOP RARE Uruguay PROMO lp. Wel S.A. was the owner of WEA publication rights in Uruguay, they released this exclusive edition housed in a special promotional cover intended to be sent only to radio stations & Dj's . You can see the NOT FOR SALE banner both in front & back. Label sheet with spanish translated track listing was glued on back (see pictures). Only a handful were released like this..  Jacket is EX, it has no writings or splits, mild wear only, looks nice. Disc is VG++, with lite thin hairlines & sleeve scuffs on a full glossy surface. This odd variation was found at a radio station vault
