MADONNA  The Girlie Talk Interview 
12" Picture Disc  GL01 
Released in 1992
Features a photo of Madonna wearing the 'frontless' dress designed by Jean Paul Gaultier (who appears in the background of the picture). 
Side A & B:  1992 audio of the UK channel 4 interview with Jonathan Ross.  Never played this - but from what I understand the sound isn't as clear as the TV broadcast.
