Very rare WEA Top Hits Japanese promo-only LP issued in Japan by Warner-Pioneer Corporation with catalogue number PS-316. With unique promo-only Madonna picture sleeve - there are no actual Madonna tracks on record but it does feature Step By Step by Club Nouveau from the Who's That Girl Soundtrack album.
