A nice and unique Madonna original collector's item. This is a juke box promo and an Italian only release in this form. On the other side there is Chris Isaak with “Blue Hotel”. In Italy the JB promos bag is often a recycled picture sleeve of another record with a central hole, the Italian CBS company used to make a smaller hole than the label size on their recycled cover. In this case the bag is the original Italian "Who's that girl" single PS with this central hole. It's really very hard to have this coupling.
I grade it EX/EX. The cover has light creases, the record light surface marks.
