Visually graded condition of disc:  Near Mint  (it's quite possible this was never played-our station didn't play mixes)

Sleeve:  Has medium shelf wear. Sire / WEA label rep wrote in ball point pen to our CHR Radio Station Music Director at the time: "Denny" (with an arrow) and then circled the first cut. Ink has slowly come off over the years, and I'd venture to guess that with the proper fluid, it could be completely removed. I'll let you try.
Fraying on spine and top (see photo) is just that...only frayed - there are no splits anywhere.
Small spot of damage at top just to the left of her head.

All of my gradings are strictly visual, and more often than not, quite generous.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
M-/NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
