Madrigal – ‘Beneath The Greenwood Tree’
Genuinely Very Rare Private Pressing: ONLY 100 PRESSED on MAD 100
Genuinely very rare record from 1973 only 100 pressed on MAD 100. This is a highly sought after collectable folk record in VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT condition.
The Vinyl has a nice shiny gleam to both sides, showing only the faintest very light marks when you hold it up to strong lighting. There is slight crackling and two or three faint clicks in parts when you play the album – I would grade the vinyl as VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT according to ‘Rare Records’ grading system.
The Disc Labels are nice and clean with no lifting. With the unusual ‘statutory royalty’ logo on the top of side one.
The Sleeve as the vinyl I would describe as in VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT condition. There is slight ‘bubbling’ on the front cover which you can see at a certain angle in strong light, with slight creasing to top left corner (Though in the picture which is of same crease on the reverse, it does look worse than it actually is). There is also what appears to be an old sticker mark on the top right, and some very slight lifting on the spine with faint ‘browning’ on reverse bottom left & right corners.
