Vintage lp: MAE WEST - Way Out West - Tower Records, T 5028, mono, heavy vinyl, with folding insert (color & b&w photos, extensive bio), 8x10 glossy b&w photo of Mae West at tea (with Queen Elizabeth?? ha ha, probably not) and a 7-page press packet; not sure which of these, if any, originally came with the record; released in 1966. "It is singularly appropriate that Mae West should be recording an album of rock'n'roll hits. Mae West has been rocking 'em in their seats, and rolling 'em in the aisles since long before the term rock'n'roll was invented. In this album, Mae rocks and rolls to an especially selected repertoire of the latest rock'n'roll hits, backed by the dynamic young group Somebody's Chyldren". Tracks include Boom Boom, Shakin All Over, Twist and Shout, Day Tripper, and more.

Condition is G+/G+ (vinyl has moderate-to-heavy scuffing and surface marks, nothing too bad - it plays VG with some background and occasional ticking; insert has some rippling from moisture and several tears and a chip; photo has some minor wear, press packet is clean; jacket has some heavy rubbing to the right edge with a 2-inch tear to the paper, a 1-inch tear at bottom edge through both covers, 2-inch split at top-right seam, 3-inch split at bottom of spine, some scarring and rubbing to back cover).
