MAGAZINE "After The Fact", Master 'Flat' Reference Disc,1982, I.R.S. Records This is a flat, meaning not EQ'd, reference disc on acetate that a quality control engineer would listen to to recommend EQ settings. Those are written on the back cover. This disc is prior to an EQ'd master reference disc and test pressings. As such it's one-of-a-kind. This record is a greatest hits album. The release album cover is in the photo gallery.
Magazine was fronted by Howard Devoto, an important figure in British punk and post punk in the mid to late 70s. He was the original member in Buzzcocks with Pete Shelley before going on to form Magazine. Please note that this is not a record to be played more than a handful of times as it's only meant as a quality control pressing on acetate.
