Magma- Alphataurus, released on Magma Records (MAGL 18001) in 1973. Made in Italy. This is the Original!

Dead Wax on both sides read "MG 1800L- A/B" and "6/2/73". There is a red stamp on "Lato 1". *Please note- this same record was listed on ebay a few weeks ago. THIS RECORD IS VISIBLY WARPED. HOWEVER, THIS WARP DOES NOT AFFECT THE SOUND ONE BIT. THE LP IS METICULOUSLY PLAY GRADED IN VG+ CONDITION. READ MORE DETAILS BELOW:

Vinyl play grade: You do hear a few, incredibly light crackles, likely caused from dust, but the record sounds so clear and so damn great that it necessitates the VG+ grade. The Vinyl is warped, and it does play with a wobble movement, but this wobble does not affect the sound at all! This is likely due to the extreme thickness of the vinyl. This appears to be possibly thicker than 180 gram. Visibly, the vinyl shows a few hairline marks and a very rich luster. I will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding this record's condition.

I don't know how to describe the warp with terminology, but I'll do my best to describe it in general. First off, it is not entirely dramatic. At a first glance, it could easily go unnoticed. The needle moves up-and-down when the record is played. This is more dramatic on side 2 and at the beginning of each side, but the record sound remains unchanged. I have seen new, factory-sealed records play in this fashion before. So- to put it simply- watching the record play is not entirely pretty, but listening to the record play is absolutely wonderful.

Triple Gatefold Cover is graded in VG+ condition. It has some edge wear, and otherwise looks stunning.
