Condition – vinyl: VG (numerous light scratches visible which cannot be felt and don’t seem to effect play, the record plays loud and clear, check the clip to hear it!)

Condition – sleeve: VG- (sleeve in sturdy shape but with a 2inch split on spine as well as radio station catalog # sticker and marker, and some kind of residue seemingly from inside of old plastic cover which can be seen but is not sticky)
