rare UK first press vinyl 3LP box set released 1962 on blue COLUMBIA CBS stereo label with catalognumber SBRG 72068-9. 

Note: this is the early first pressing including a third LP feat. "Two Portraits of Bruno Walter" in conversation with Arnold Michaelis on the occasion of his 80th birthday (A Talking Portrait), as well as with John McLure introducing excerpts from Dr. Walter's rehearsals prior to the recording of Mahler's Ninth Symphony.
