MAHLER Symphony No.2 "Resurrection". 
Gilbert Kaplan and the London Symphony Orchestra’s magnificent presentation of Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 2 in C minor recorded in thrilling sound at St. David’s Halll, Cardiff, Wales, July 1987. Joining the LSO were: Benita Valente (soprano) /Maureen Forrester (contralto) /London Symphony Chorus (Chorus Master: John Hugh Thomas) /BBC Welsh Chorus /Cardiff Polyphonic Choir /Dyfed Choir. The organ and bells of Yale University, USA, were dubbed onto the master tape on 29 January 1988. The eloquent liners notes are by Gilbert Kaplan himself. 
Original USA pressing LP set on MCA Records (2-11011), MCA Classics Series. A Digital Recording. Front cover sticker says "audiophile /  KM . Custom pressed on KC 569 Blend Premium Vinyl.  STILL SEALED. Gatefold cover is Near Mint with no cutouts. Records should of course be Near Mint /perfect /unplayed.
