We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.  We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over +22,000 positive feedback.   We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. 1. Sought original 1967 first print on the UK local "Underground Improvisario" small label (hence the rareness) production was but a 'mail order only' LP release with colorful large fold-out poster cover...
2. Among the rarest of collectibles within the legendary madcap British underground... heavy hairy hippies scene-sters from the swinging London era.
   
   Talk today about Britain's psychedelic sixties, and usually you'll get the verbiage of the light whimsy of Syd Barrett's Pink Floyd, the warble introspection of UK Kaleidoscope, Sgt. Pepper, or even Tomorrow's "My White Bicycle" which has boldly embodied the headlines of the question.

Here's the thing..........People have forgotten there was an underbelly as well, a seething mass of discontent and rancor which would eventually produce the likes of Hawkwind, the Pink Fairies, and the Edgar Broughton Band. They were a damned sight, more heartfelt, too, but the more faint-of-heart psych practitioners of the modern age gathered, the further away their reality receded.

   Fronted by journalist/author/wild child Mick Farren, the Deviants spawned that reality. Over the years, three ex-Deviants members would become Pink Fairies; in following reunions, sundry ex-Fairies would become honorary Deviants. And even if Russell Hunter is only present on Ptooff!, still you can hear the Fairies groundwork being laid. The Pink Fairies might well have been the most perfect British band of the early '70s, yet then "Deviants" were their dysfunctional parents.
   
   The deranged acid-reflex rewrite of "Gloria" opens the album, "I'm Coming Home," still sets a frightening scene where a world in which Top 40 pop itself becomes horribly skewed, when the sound of the Deviants grinding out their misshapen R&B classics are the last sounds you will hear. 
5. Move on to "Garbage," and though the Deviants' debt to both period Zappa/Mothers and Fugs is unmistakable, still there's a purity to the paranoia. "Ptoof!" was conceived at a time when there genuinely was a generation gap, and hippies were a legitimate target for any right-wing bully boy with a policeman's hat and a billy club. Both "IT" and "Oz," the two British underground magazines which did most to support the Deviants (singer Farren wrote for both), were both publicly busted during the band's lifespan, and that fear permeates in this disc; fear, and vicious defiance. It would be two years, and two more albums, before the Deviants finally published their manifesto in all its lusty glory -- "we are the people who pervert your children" -- during their eponymous third album's "People Suite." But already, the intention was there with the remarkable "PTOOF!!".

8. The cover: rated: "EX" (excellent) / M- colorful 2-sided large fold-over poster cover there is a light stain at very edge of bottom, only a minor issue, hence grade. very solid otherwise, no tears, no delete marks, no split seams, no bends, and no writing 
   
9. The vinyl: Rated: M-  both sides are shiny smooth, playing completely nice audio , both custom designed UK 'underground Impresarios' labels are clean
