DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON DGG 16023 LP ten inch (10"-) record, very first Tulip-Label with "33 1/3" and "unzerbrechlich". Date in Dead wax is 11. 3. 52, so is one of the first copies made of this early 50s recording.
Cover is a very early stitched DG-Cover with "Langspielplatte" and "33 1/3" on front.
 

Condition (visually graded):  COVER is very nice, only slight signs of usage and age. Fine! The RECORD  is is not mint, but shiny and plays well. It shows superficial marks, especially under strong light. I would grade it as Excellent.
