Condition:
DISC: Nice VG++ with 100% of original gloss. Has been played a very small number of times and handled with care. Would grade EXCELLENT except for a small scuff that produces a couple light ticks in the first 0:10, nothing serious. Remainder of the record plays cleanly throughout with brilliant fidelity. There is a small area of discolouration to the styrene on the edge of the run-in groove on the A-side, but this is merely a cosmetic flaw and does not affect the sound grooves in any way.
Labels are clean and pristine, with no writing, stickers, cutout indications, or other issues.
Overall a great sounding record.
SLEEVE: Scarce sleeve is in overall nice condition, with no writing, pinholes, or splits. There is minor crinkling on the top edge, and one tiny rip (less than one inch) near the top corner. There are creases at three of the four corners due to casual handling. Overall a nice looking sleeve in solid collectible condition to accompany the great sounding demo single.
