Big Sack Records catalog number BSP-0002, A very rare 12-incher, one of two released by the Florida label and the only one by Major League, “Survey Says” b/w “Once Upon a Time." Probably mid-‘90s; the other release on the label was issued in ’94. Fantastic record. In a generic die-cut sleeve. Vinyl on this copy is EX, no noise, great copy of a super-rare record.
